Returns & Refunds

Items must be unused, undrilled, and in the same condition as received. All original boxes, packaging, accessories, and included items must be returned without damage or missing components.

Drilled or used bowling balls and worn or used bowling shoes cannot be returned.

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and the original shipping charge is non-refundable.

If an item is defective, damaged, not as described, or incorrect, BOWLLAB will cover the return shipping cost.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.
